Quest Garden for WebQuests
Quest Gardenallows you to create web quests with tools and forms to help you through the creation process and then publish it online. You can share your web quest with the Quest Garden community so other teachers can use it. In fact, you can search existing web quests, edit them, and use them with your students. I looked at a Rome web quest that had a long list of great links. Many of the existing web quests are for elementary school but there are enough for high school to make a visit worthwhile.
A site called edtech teacher has some how-to video clips that might be helpful. I had trouble embedding the video here.
You can get a 2 year subscription for just $20. That gives you access to a few features that the free trial does not.
